♣Provide engineering support and coverage to a defined group of designers, both consulting engineers and focused customers, to gain specifications, through providing a value engineering service.
♣Maximize the sales potential of HILTI products and services through specification with selected customer groups and projects.
♣Increase the sales opportunities in a defined list of key regional projects through project management of all activities, and coordination of all engineering resources.
♣Attainment of specifications and approvals through regular planned calls on jobsite consultants and contractors within the assigned segments through submittals, design proposals, and seminars.

♣Field rides with sales team to solve contractors’ issues using HILTI engineering products and assist them to close sales opportunities for engineered products as well as proactively generate new business opportunities.

TECHNICAL ENGINEER
♣Critical study of projects and segregation of work packages for Subcontractors.
♣Preparation of work packages for receiving quotations for subcontractor scope of work.
♣Conducting critical technical reviews of Subcontractor quotations.
♣Review of Letter of Intent & Sub-contract agreements of the respective nominated sub-contractors for technical compliance.
♣Continuously maintain and update procurement trackers for all Sub contractor materials.
♣Assessment of Prequalification’s & Material submittals from respective Subcontractors.
♣Close coordination with the Head office for clarifications and finalizing Subcontractors at site.

PQP ENGINEER (ESTIDAMA/SUSTAINABILITY)
♣Control construction activities to ensure the required Estidama/Sustainability objectives and targets are achieved.
♣Provide workshops and training to project team to create an awareness for Estidama requirements for the particular project.
♣Preparation of monthly reports to highlight construction activities and procurement that affect the credit requirements.
♣Critical review of MEP & Civil material submittals to achieve the targeted credits.
♣Ensure the HVAC, BMS and other MEP systems comply with the required COP, SFP and other design parameters.
♣Preparation of U-Value calculation for walls, roof and glazing to ensure the design requirements are met.
♣Consistent coordination with the appointed ICA for systems that require commissioning.
♣Coordination with the CEMP assigned for the project.
♣Educate and coordinate with the HSE Team to implement the CDWMP from the beginning to the
end of the project.
♣Collate final construction documentation and present submission to the UPC for the Pearl Construction rating certification.
♣Submitted construction documentation and achieved 1 pearl construction rating for a Al Noor Multi-residential building, Reem Island, Abu Dhabi
♣Formulation of optimum design with the aid of software’s such as STAAD, ETABS, ORION, TEDDS etc. for both reinforced concrete and steel structures.
♣Efficient in Guiding team of draughtsman for the preparation of drawings based on the design calculations.
♣Proficient in preparation of site investigation reports and remedial methods after several site visits.
♣Experienced in working for projects such as Al Gharafa Stadium for FIFA 2022 and governmental clients such as Msheireb Properties, Qatar Olympic Committee, Ministry of Youth and Sports, NDIA, Qatar foundation, Qatar petroleum etc.
♣Skilled occupational health and safety representative for both onsite and offsite occupational zones to spread overall awareness and safety.
