•To provide the production plan using SAP with tracking of stock position in market and to maintain fill rate.
•To reduce the online PM wastage on FFS machines by ensuring proper stock of flour and avoiding frequent stoppage of machine.
•To plan preventive maintenance of equipment, plant shut down and any other capacity expansion project and execute within the time frame.
•Adherence of HACCP, ISO, quality, cleaning, hygiene systems and pest control activities and ensuring all documents are updated correctly and as per laid down frequencies.
•Understanding of production planning, scheduling, and manpower allocation and costing; adept at reducing downtime and enhancing operational effectiveness of equipment.
•Involved in Pest control activities to prevent any biological contamination.
•To track competition samples for Benchmarking of company product by PQRS & improve the Quality attributes.
•To ensure finished good stocks availability in the supply chain at different location allocated to the plant for catering and maintaining 100% fill rate.
•Drive Improvements via performance measurement, 5S, TPM, Kaizen, and other relevant tools.
•Handling complete vendor assessment & approval process for local (Indian) purchase for Raw & Packaging material suppliers.
•Handled customer complaints through analysis, preparing CAPA and succeeded in reducing complaints by remarkable level.
•Regular audit of Hub, WD and WSP for tracing market complaint.
Job Responsibility at Pepsico.
•Ensure, at all times, the quality parameters for the raw products, in-process stock and finished good and meeting volumes out of the factory at proper quality levels.
•Aligned and involved with the QC, R&D in all suppliers related issues and Acceptance Quality Level.
•Conducting regular audit and Food Safety Risk Assessment for process compliance.
•Ensuring strict abiding to Hygiene requirements on shop floor level for Production lines, Workers facilities as well as personal hygiene.
•Facilitate development & implementation of HACCP system for food products. Preparing & maintaining the record for HACCP.
•Analysis of the materials used in the process for the conformance e.g. Sugar, caustic, water, CO2.
•Managing CIP systems and Reactors, their maintenance scheduling, troubleshooting during operation
•Maintenance/Monitoring of sugar syrup preparation using Hot Carbon Treatment
•On line testing of finished product.
•Responsible for all Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) of the plant as GMP Coordinator.
•Analysis of Raw materials, in process, finished products & packaging materials.
•On line checking of various components like gas volume, brix, TA etc. in beverage.
•To insure on line parameters of C.S.D (Carbonated Soft Drink) & N.C.B (Non-Carbonated Beverages).
•Market audit, sampling and analysis as per Product rating matrix.

•Independently assess all aspects of associate work performance and provide feedback
•Ensure work areas remain clean and are equipped with proper equipment and supplies
•Make sure all tags are properly placed and in good condition
•Produce products volume as per agreed weekly cyclic and yearly plan.
•Prepare production summaries on daily, weekly and monthly cyclic.
•Managing Production planning, generate & issue to factory shop floor as and facilitate of production instructions by allocating appropriate resources.
•Maintain minimum inventory and prevent the uses of unwanted materials & minimize losses.
•To ensure breakdown is reported on time to concerned team to avoid any unnecessary downtime.
•To ensure preventive maintenance plan is given to team as per planner production plan.
