INSTRUMENTATION & AUTOMATION:

TESTING, COMMISSIONING & MAINTENANCE:

•PLC Siemens S7-400, S7-1500 TIA portal program development, logic preparation & modification.
•Involve in the selection of instruments & preparation of Instrument list.
•Executed erection of field instruments like RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure Transmitter, Flow meters, Level Transmitters/Sensors, encoders, Pressure, temperature & flow switches,
•Control/Solenoid/pneumatic valves,
•Erection of instrument JB, LDB, Cable tray and cable laying.
•Prepared I/O list (AO, AI, DO, DI) for instruments, electrical equipments & testing.
•Prepared cable routing, cable termination, & Cable tray lay out.

•Experience in 70t melting furnace, 90t Twin chamber furnace, Launders, DC Casting Machine(Wagstaff), Vacum Degasser, ceramic Form filter, Rotary flux Injector, 150t Dc furnace, Laddle furnce, EOT cranes (260T), Conveyors, Hot mill, Cold mill.
•Proficiency in effectively utilising resources during projects involving engineering, erection, commissioning & testing of Electrical & Instrumentation equipments.
•Hands on experience in upto 33KV system, VCB (Siemens), 80MVA transformers (ABB) and 28 MVA transformers (Tamini).
•HT and LT All Electrical equipment . Overhead cranes upto 260Ton Trouble shooting and Maintenane
•PLC Siemens S7-400, S7-1500, TIA portal program development, logic preparation & modification.
•Experienced in Field Instruments like RTD, Thermocouple, Pressure Transmitters, DPT, Flow meters & transmitters, Level Transmitters/Sensors, , Pressure, temperature & flow switches.
