Managed IT operations budget for all hardware, software, and IT staffing requirements. Managed company Biometric access control+ Time&Attendance system for Group Data Centers, HQ offices, Branch offices, Ware Houses etc. Knowledge in Network ( Lan, Wan, MPLS, ADSL, PRI, SD-Wan, VPN). Full Responsible for Systems Documentation like IT System policies, Procedure, standards BCP .etc. Assist IT manager and Infrastructure Manager for all projects, guidance, strategic thinking, Adapting technology for Business operations & IT core HW/SW. Prime IT budgeting responsibility & Signatory verify authority for IT Capex/opex for all IT assets.

Responsible for the planning, implementation, management, and monitoring of the company's (SAB) data and voice communications facilities including Local and Wide Area networks, Active Directory Design and Administration, firewalls, switches, , terminal controllers, , and all related technologies. Direct the installation, maintenance, and decommissioning of equipment in the server room. Monitor equipment to ensure effect operation. Patch operating systems and firmware revisions. Install new equipment, remove old equipment, and install/remove software on above systems. Very good and deep knowledge to trouble shoot any problems of all MS based operating systems, MS applications, and all other well known soft wares or solutions
