Prior to the recruitment stint, led a training organization of 35 - 70 employees for 04 years responsible for identifying training needs, developing and rolling out training programs for 6000 employees and conducting evaluation of these training programs.

As commanding officer of a ship, directed the performance of a team of over 95 people with 6 direct reports and cut the cycle time for repairs from 18 to 10 months. The work involved interacting with an additional 80 to 100 Technicians per day. This experience highlighted scheduling, budgeting and people management aspects of project leadership.

Instrumental in formulating Policy Guidelines for Naval Recruitment Organisation & the Services Selection Boards (SSB).
