• Accountable for identifying scope and defining solutions for the new deals
• Reviewing quality and over all operational performance on agreed KPIs & SLAs
• Overseeing the P&L for the overall project and setting up all the internal function groups for this project
• Administering the activities of 3 Directors from NOIDA, Pune & UK
• Addressing the client escalated issues directly for recommending a viable solution
