Having 8 years of experience as an instrumentation and control field in detailed construction,
design, maintenance, commissioning of instruments and control systems in Water towers, Filling
stations and Refinery projects.
* Knowledge of DCS, SCADA System overview layout and basic design structure of DCS and its elements
related to process.
* Provide support to execute construction activities Erection, Installation, QA/QC Inspection, Pre-
commissioning, FAT & SAT, commissioning, Start-up Activities different kind of modern instruments,
preventive & corrective maintenance activities in the field of process instrument, Analyzers, Fire & Gas
detection Instrument as per approved design documentation with Quality & Safety.
* Experience in Fiber Splicing, joints, testing, and Construction/Supervision work of Erection/Installation for
various types of Electrical Equipments, Instrument and Process control System, Cable lying, Tray/conduit
Installation, and DCS/PLC/ESD System. Splicing, Terminations, Panel Erection, Local Panel/Junction box
Installation, and Grounding System.
* Having 1 year diploma in industrial safety and iosh managing safely course.
* Experience in instrumentation designing, MEW, KOC standards, ISA standards, Control philosophy and
interlock logics, P&ID, ESD System, and Mimic design.
Job Skills : -
* Involved in construction, design, calibration, erection and maintenance of Field Instruments like
Pressure, temperature, flow transmitters, Valves, local pneumatic controllers, I-P convertors, radar and
ultrasonic level transmitters.
* Knowledge of Various Process Instrumentation Drawings & Documents such as P&ID, Instrument
Datasheet, Instrument I/O List, Loop Diagram, Functional Logic Diagrams, Instrument Specification
Sheets, Electrical & Instrumentation Wiring Interconnection Diagrams etc.
* Capable of planning & managing the team of Engineers, Technicians & workforce for calibration,
installation, testing & commissioning and troubleshooting of field Instrumentation as per specifications
and applicable standards & codes.
Leading the team of supervisors, technicians, of Various Fiber optics projects at various site in Kuwait.
* Responsible of all site activity work surveying of fiber laying work, route availability and associated
civil work.
* In charge of all fiber activity (laying fiber, splicing, jointing, testing) work.
* Designing of phase-6 fiber network diagram and splicing plan to inject with existing fiber.
* Preparation As-built & PAT documentation for client acceptance.
* Weekly meeting with client for work progress.
Leading the team of supervisors, technicians, at MEW Projects (9 nos. water tower projects at sabah al
ahmed), Water filling station in amgarah, KNPC Fourth standby contract in Mina al ahmadi w.o.68.
* Review of MEW, KNPC Project Drawings & Documents.
* Monitor and review the activities of the EPC Contractor, ensuring that his activities are in accordance
with all Project contractual, statutory and regulatory requirements.
* Hands on skill to check, calibrate and repair pneumatic, hydraulic and electronic instruments and
controls and protective interlocks and installation of new instruments in oil & gas industry.
* Preparation of Technical submission of field instruments and data sheets along with designing of
instrumentation & control work.
* Designing P&I diagram of process control and Design of Sequence Logic & Cause effect diagram.
* Preparing Cable routing layout, Cable schedule, Loop drawings, Hook-up drawings.
* Installation, Calibration &Trouble shooting of Field instruments, Control valves, Local control Panels,
MOV’s, DCS, ESD System.
* Planning and Scheduling of E&I Activities and work and handling start up activities of processes.
* Supervising instrument construction work at site and preparation of daily progress report
Installation & troubleshooting of RTD (Pt100), Thermocouple (K, J type), field instruments, control
valve and emergency shutdown valve.
* Engineering design review meetings and interface meetings with vendors and contractors.
* Referring & review the P&I diagrams, IO list, hook-up diagram, instrument list and its location as per
process requirement, instrument specification data sheet, cable schedule and laying cables.
* Technical clarification or solution of project with vendor, client and consultant.
* Co-ordinate with client, field engineer for approval of quality, test for various equipment’s after loading
at site, updating the database between the clients and vendor regarding approved material request
code.
* Handling on experience in HART Protocol and HART Devices.
* Overseeing Various Vendor document such as Cabinet Drawing for DCS System, Marshalling Cabinets,
Junction box, GRP box, IO Assignment, FAT &SAT Procedures and obtaining client approval.
