▪ Planning & Implementation of proper work flow systems at workshop
maintenance division.
▪ Assigning, monitoring and evaluation of the daily given maintenance tasks
to ensure full work efficiency.
▪ Integrating all database into Microsoft Teams software to ensure easy and
accurate monitoring of Tasks.
▪ Evaluation and Preparation of daily work reports.
▪ Evaluating the job performance of each team members.
▪ To ensure the cost saving in all operational activities within division.
▪ To conduct work related training.
▪ Planning & organising the necessary steps as when required and
communicating it with the higher level of Management.
Preparing & submitting the technical submittals for the water equipment
products.
▪ Preparing Compliance statement & responding to the consultant
comments.
▪ Dealing with EBARA, DAB, Grundfos pumps & Sizing of pumps as per the
project specification & handling maximum projects in Qatar during the
working period.
▪ Dealing with Plumbing pumps such as surface water pumps such as
Booster, Lifting, Chilled water pumps, Transfer, Irrigation pumps, Filtration
feeding pumps etc.
▪ Dealing with Submersible pumps such as Sump pumps, Drainage pumps,
Sewage pumps, Storm water pumps, Grinder pumps & high range solid
handling pumps etc.
▪ Dealing with Mitsubishi GRP tanks, Hi-Tank GRP tanks & Samsung GRP
tanks, Sizing of GRP tanks as per the specifications & calculations,
selection of panels based on site conditions.
▪ Sizing of Chillers, dealing with Blue star -India & Pearl-Bahrain Chillers.
▪ Sizing of Sand filters, softeners & pressure vessels based on the
calculations.
▪ Sizing of water calorifier’s & dealing with Bradford white USA, Ariston Italy.
- Carry out testing and commissioning of the equipment’s at client site.
▪ Carry out routine checks on the equipment’s to ensure smooth operation.
▪ Carrying out routine scheduled maintenance work and responding to
equipment faults.
▪ Diagnosing breakdown problems.
▪ Dealing with emergencies, unplanned problems and repairs.
▪ Record inputs and logs daily and annual preventive maintenance work
orders.
▪ Generate project quotes based on engineering specifications and
customer requests
• Develops project objectives by reviewing project
proposals and plans; conferring with
management.
• Prepares project status reports by collecting,
analyzing, and summarizing information.
• Confirms product performance by designing and
conducting tests.
● Establish a One Point Lesson (O.P.L) for technicians and
operators, Conduct a training session for technicians and
operators, Write an exam to ensure their understanding of
the (O.P.L), and in the end evaluate their performance.
● Assist in reduc /control the equipment break down
(Checklist).
● Assist in facilities equipment maintenance :
1. Air Compressor and blowers.
2. Building office, production, and canteen.
3. Electrical system and installation of light and power panel.
4. Wastewater treatment plant (WWTP) and Deionized water
(D.I) plant.
Carrying out on-site installation, maintenance and repairs to high-value business equipment.
● Line maintenance tasks - daily, weekly checks.
● Out of phase tasks for service maintenance.
● Heavy checks such as C and D checks.
● Checking major and minor aircraft for corrosion
prevention, structural work and replacement of major
components. interior refurbishment, etc.
