- Working with the sales teams to develop beyond the banner digital campaigns for clients.
- Strategic and visual development, branding & online marketing of products within the portfolio (AFF, Kooora, Mawaly, and more) from brainstorming to execution)
- Researching new and innovative online rich media to enhance offerings.
- Overlooking and managing the graphic design team to ensure delivery of material.
Main Tasks & Responsibilities:
• Oversee the daily activities of a team of designers assigned to multiple projects and assist the Creative Directors on design direction, team effectiveness, and client relationships.
• Participate in the creative role of new business pitches, proposal development, and project initiation.
• Oversee the creative output of the team.
• Manage day-to-day operations of the digital design team, including setting priorities, assigning resources, and ensuring project goals are achieved
• Oversee simultaneous projects from inception to completion, reviewing project plans, designs, and deliverables
