Working in-house in the Brand Operations Pillar, with a primary focus towards planning & executing activities such as Mall events, Instore Beauty Consultant programs, and outdoor sponsorship opportunities.
Planning and implementing brand development strategies and tracking their success rates based on ROI conversions. Also working closely with Brand Teams on increasing the brand’s market share/exposure.
Managing and tracking budgets of over $7 million dollars annually and work closely with 6 leading marketing & PR agencies across the region.
Plan and Conduct audits on programs throughout the year to manage annual evaluations of partner agencies
Running end to end event planning and project management responsibilities for commercial and in-mall events.
Managing Vendor/Supplier relations and negotiations.
Handling & client servicing multinational accounts such as Al Tayer, Emaar and Nakheel.
Coordinating and managing production teams and materials required per project
Leading the logistics coordination with the Operations Team. Attend to all setups on site and ensure the project is completed based on client’s preference.
Increasing Bayt.com’s product portfolio per customer and maintaining the highest level of customer loyalty.
Assisting clients with their recruitment needs and requirements.
Building long terms relationships & training new and existing customers on website platform to motivate repeat usage.
I had an internship at the Management Department of the British Embassy. Part of my role was to work under the Trade and Investments Officer to assist with a portfolio on Saudi Investments in the U.K and vice-versa. This experience gave me the opportunity to see firsthand the Saudi British trade relations and possible investment opportunities in Saudi Arabia that are yet to be explored.
