Has started waterproofing division.
Responsible for Purchase, Stores, Recruitment's, Approvals etc.
Daily monitoring site activities, Preparing Budgets, Daily Production Reports, Coordinating site activities with the help of Engineers and foreman.
Controlling the whole warehouse functions both deliveries and receipts of materials.
Job Profile
•Control Functioning of Purchases and receiving
•Negotiation with different suppliers to achieve optimum procurement benefits for the company in line with project cash flow forecasts and budget schedules.
•Preparation of Bid - Tab comprising sourced information on material price, Lead-time, and brand name, method of delivery and mode of payment.
•Co - ordination with various suppliers for delivery of materials to its designated sites / departments in line with the confirmed orders and ensuring company’s standard QA / QC requirements.
•Completion of documentations procedures in order to meet the terms and conditions of supplier payments.
•Follow up on Back Ordered Purchase Orders, documentations of cash purchases, keeping track of LPO approval procedures.
•Provide feedback to Bidding Department with updated price / vendor information, conducting periodical vendor appraisals and sourcing of new suppliers.
•Maintaining minimum Stock level.

Job Profile
•Floating enquires for various construction materials for Civil, Electrical, Mechanical, services and Utilities and as such materials for Plant & Equipments, from various suppliers, taking quotations, placing purchase orders and ensuring proper delivery on time with best payment terms
Marketing and sales of accounts such as Current, savings, Fixed deposits, etc and canvasing new customers to bank
Sales of hotel rooms, meeting rooms, halls, to good clients from welknown companies
Preparing Sales invoices, forwarding those to buyers and follow up payments.
