• Preparation of Contractual construction schedules, updates and monitoring.
• Evaluation of tenders to determine that separate subcontractor’s schedules and any qualifications to those schedules meet overall project time Requirements.
• Provide recommendations when actual progress deviates from schedules progress so that work may be re-scheduled or accelerated to provide for on-time completion.
• Directly responsible for the preparation of the month schedule portion of the monthly progress report, including narrative and all scheduling update reports,

Project: City view- Four Seasons Hotel Project, Bangalore
• Prepared initial mobilization plan for the project; scheduled time durations using MS project and/or Primavera and planned the resources also followed and monitored the same.
• Prepared cash flow statements, Labor histograms, projecting budgeted cost, S curves, earned value analysis for the project.
• Negotiate quotations and contractual terms with vendors, sub agency and sub-contractor.
• Responsible in preparation of catch up programs and micro level schedules at site-level for projects during demanding stages.
• Perform complete tasks like implementing the stages of construction stages by coordinating with multidiscipline design team.
• Responsible for management of material and human resources on sites
Supervision of constructional works at site.
• Maintain reports of contractors for proper execution of key projects on a daily basis
Assist engineers in designing layout and site research.
• Act as liaison between builders and contractors to ensure adequate supply of resources
• Coordinate with site inspectors to check the ongoing project status and development.
• Conducted regular meetings with site team and explained the targets and reviewed the progress as well as attended meetings with clients, architects and structural consultants to discuss the project progress and resolve issues. Coordinated with MEP contractors at all stages of execution of work as main contractor
