RESPONSIBILITIES:
• Manage end to end of talent acquisition process from planning, research, sourcing, screening and onboarding candidates
• Identify and assess candidates across the globe for roles based in MEA and Europe
• Effectively perform primary and secondary research to understand the available talent pool for assignments
• Pre-screen and refer qualified applicants to hiring managers and executives for evaluation
• Develop strategies to target and recruit a candidates by using a variety of tools and techniques like job boards, vendors, industry events and other sources including referrals, social media, LinkedIn, Artificial Intelligence and networking events
• Partner with clients/hiring managers to determine employment needs and to facilitate an effective and efficient recruiting effort
• Handled positions and successfully identify talent across a broad spectrum of industries including:
 Financial Services entire breadth (Clients: Mubadala, Emirates Investment Authority, ADCB, Emirates NBD, Aetna etc.)
 Information Technology (Clients: EMC, CISCO, RSA, VCE, Dark Matter, etc.)
 Industrial and Aviation (Clients: Cummins, Rolls Royce, etc.)
 Renewable Energy (Clients: Masdar, Shams Power, etc.)
 Consumer (Clients: MMI, Unikai, 3M, etc.)
 Tourism (Clients: Dubai Tourism, Abu Dhabi Tourism and Culture Authority, Louvre Abu Dhabi)
