1. 3 Projects of Phosphate and Fertilizers conveyors project (80% new, 20% revamping)
2. In total, 20 kms of conveyors between storage areas and the port docks
3. Full responsibility of the project from creation of ITB to Commissioning and handover to Client
4. Responsible for EPC contractors management, as a representative of the Client
5. Responsible for the progress and financial reporting to JESA Management board
6. Single point of contact for the Client
7. Engineering team and construction team management (~15 people)
Areas of responsibility:
" Capacity increase and regional/global initiatives for the making department, Casablanca
" Automation and productivity projects for Casablanca and Mohammedia plants
1. Manage project team of experts, technicians and contractors
2. Provide technical & project management support to Operation
3. Single point of contact for between Operation and Central Engineering resources
4. Responsible for Specification, Design, Sourcing, Installation, startup support & reporting
5. Interface with all trades design offices, architects, topographers, geotechnical ad Urban Agency
6. Construction permitting management and update for existing buildings
7. Engineering and construction suppliers qualification
Experience in managing Project Deliverables such as:
1. Scope definition/user requirement documents / Design basis / Design reviews and progress reports
2. Cost estimates and detailed Estimated Total Costs / Spending reports
3. Planning & Critical Path Schedules / shutdowns management
4. Commissioning and qualification reports
1. Project team forming and organization
2. Interfacing between users, IT experts and IT consultants.
1. Business processes mapping, functional specifications
2. User requirement document for Portuguese IT development team
3. Test plans design and validations
1. Daily production results analysis. Performance reporting system development.
2. Production management (production teams planning, interfacing with support & maintenance teams, audits and monthly reviews with management…)
3. Interfacing with support departments (Engineering, Purchasing…)

3. Furnace combustible change economical feasibility study
