• Responsible for coordinating with the clients and overseas agencies and assisting the Senior HR Business Partner acting as a single point of contact for all employee related concerns.
• Providing recruitment support & administration function to the whole organization, processing all recruitment related administration within agreed timescale.
• Handling end to end recruitment process from determining staff numbers, skills and needs to meet the firm’s objectives to selection, reception and entry.
• Tele-Marketing- fixing up meetings with prospective companies to their manpower requirements.
• Design and implement organization changes such as the revision of job classification/description.
• Responsible for preparing documents of Embassy Attestation such as Job Order, Visa Verification & Guarantee Letter for the clients
• Liaising between employee & PRO to ensure all mandatory visa requirements are complete.
• Lead process and coordinating with line managers the on boarding program for new joiners.
• Reviewed applications and worked directly with the recruiting agencies to schedule all testing and interviewing of candidates, completed all pre-hire and post-hire processes. Issue offer letters and employment contracts.
• Communicating effectively with clients at all levels over the phone, face to face and by email. Training new administrative staff on policies and procedures of the company.
• Involved with end-to-end Recruitment cycle, coordinating functions and executing tasks within Human Resources.
• Coordinated quality recruitment activities:
- Posted and advertised for openings
- Maintained Resume/Applicant Profile databases
- Screened resumes and employment applications
• Ensuring all procedures and processes are completed up to point of allocation of new employee
• Secure necessary documents from Recommended Candidates for submitting security clearance applications
• Coordination and Reports on Selection / Medical / visa processing / departure and pending documents.
• Inform candidate of their status, maintain an active database, and keep track of unsolicited applications and CVs.
• Reporting directly to the Director and Senior HR Manager
• Represented the department and took complete responsibility, in the absence of higher HR management
• Arrange for purchase of office stationery, supplies and equipment. Responsible for replenishment of office supplies and stationery
• Perform day to day activities of the office services, resolve office services issues.
• Provide mail, messenger services, including pick-up and delivery of mail and packages.
>Screening and short-listing resumes and forwarding the same to the concerned departments followed by scheduling interviews for the prospective candidates as per the convenience of the Management.
