* Monitors nursing management staff of his / her areas to prepare quarterly and
annual reports in accordance with set goals and objectives
* Prepares annual capital, operational and staffing budgets in collaboration with
nursing management staff of his / her areas.
* Develops action plans in conjunction with the nursing management staff of his /
her areas to monitor and analyze the cost control measures and determines a
course of action for improvement in areas as identified.
* Develops action plan according to monthly budget and variance report to avoid
