⦁Executed the successful delivery and development of a highly UAE-contextualized textbook and digital content for health education across Grade 10 Girls schools within Abu Dhabi, Al Ain, and Ruwais; interacted with Science teachers, health professionals across the globe and students to identify the existing health literacy in UAE and bridge the gap with effective case studies and learning strategies to be adopted in the textbooks
⦁Developed training courses (technical and soft-skills based) for the leading nuclear energy company in UAE; role involved meeting various stakeholders within the company (like subject matter experts/functional domain experts, training/e-learning specialists, educational technologists), understand the training needs, analyze the learning needs of the department, propose the best learning strategy and solution for the training need, gather all requirements and share with offshore team for development, support the team of instructional designers and graphic designers, review the critical deliverables before delivering to the client; sit through with review meetings with clients to document the changes required, manage the schedule and cost of the projects, ensure timely invoicing, and keeping senior management and delivery personnel informed about the project status
