• Solely responsible for all human resource functions such as medical professional licensing, induction, recruitment, and HR admin and regulatory requirements
• Recruitment
o Lead and co-ordinate recruitment process from posting of job ads, liaising with recruitment specialists, shortlisting profiles, scheduling interviews, and overall management of hiring process
• On-boarding
o Conduct and co-ordinate induction and orientation for local and overseas recruits across all levels
• HR Counselling
o Provide counselling on policies and procedures, and advise line Manager as needed
o Support and drive the implementation of HR initiatives
o Encourage and promote employee well being and a conflict - free workplace
• HR Strategy
o Complement the Senior Management in achieving company vision
o Implement suitable career pathways and identify employees for career development
• HR Admin
o Maintain employee records and files
o Co-ordinate with Accounts department for HR related payments
o Liaise with PRO for all visa and company related work
o Liaise with DHA (Dubai Health Authority) for all regulatory requirements
o Manage leave calendar
o Conduct all responsibilities as needed with Government entities (DM, DHA, DEWA, Etisalat etc)
Responsible for human resource functions such as induction, recruitment, and HR admin
Induction:
o Prepares Induction checklist and Orientation manual, and co-ordinates process with
concerned managers and departments
Performance Management Of Junior Sales Personnel:
o Scrutinizes weekly sales reports and summarizes key performance indicators, for
evaluation by MD
Recruitment:
o Identifying appropriate methods for recruitment sourcing and managing job postings
o Responsible for posting jobs on appropriate mediums based on level
o First level filter: Analysis and filtering of resumes received, based on appropriate
eligibility criteria
o Involved in second stage interviews for junior level Admin positions
HR Administration:
o Responsible for staff leave, attendance for payroll, and maintenance of personnel files
o Liaises with PRO for new visa and cancellations
Handles all general enquiries related to
Responsible for executing all assigned administrative functions as per Spearhead’s standards
Provide Trainers with the required training material, equipment and support for high quality
delivery of training
Provide Trainees with necessary information and pre-course material prior to training
Co-ordinate with Trainers and venues for all requirements including venue and layout
specifications
Assist and facilitate in training, as required
Prepare and review post-training reports
Manage and update the Spearhead Gulf website including course updates, schedules, etc.
