• The business is focused on providing integrated agriculture services to farmers - aiding them through the entire agriculture value chain covering from arranging agri-funding, purchasing farm output and providing market access for their produce.

• Supervising agri-science, consumables, infrastructure development, purchasing, warehousing, primary processing, logistics and market access functions with full P&L accountability.

• Engaged with over 3, 000 farmers having 7, 500 acres farmland in the state of Chhattisgarh. Farmers are encouraged to switch from single crop, single season farming to multi-crop & multi-season farming.

• Implementing irrigation, logistics, warehousing and primary agro-processing community owned facilities on a Build Operate Transfer (BOT) basis. The infrastructure created will be transferred to the farmers.

• Consulting farmers in obtaining funding from commercial banks and government programs for implementing the recommended farming techniques. Secured tie-up with two public sector and a private sector bank for expeditious agri-loan disbursement to our farmer base.

• Expanding the business in the neighbouring states of Odisha, Telangana, Maharashtra, Madhya Pradesh and Jharkhand states from next cropping season (Oct. - Nov. 2022)

• Liaison with state, district and village level government officials and elected representatives remains a key responsibility for implementing the project.

• Forecasting financial, environmental and internal risks in achieving the business objectives. Coordinating with MD & Group Governing Board towards mitigating the identified risks and planning for the same.

• Executing the group-wide implementation of ERP system. Involved in choosing the ERP platform, evaluating and finalizing vendors, negotiations on various aspects of the project and internal coordination for deployment of the ERP system.

• Expected to generate Rs. 120 million in revenue in current financial year.

• Invited to be a member of the Group Strategy Team.

• Reporting to the Board of Directors and leading a 158 member team with six direct reports.
