• Implementation & Commissioned of X-RAY Gauge system
• Managed and improved the operations of Siemens S7 400 & S7 300 PLC & Its hardware ET 200 M (Interface Module), AI Module, Ao Module, DI Module, Do Module.
• Upgraded & Modified the Simatic manager v5.4 (SCL, Ladder, FBD)
• Presently working (develop & modify) on Simatic Wincc 7.0, 6.2 and Codesys v2.3, Allen Bradelly Wonderware as HMI and SCADA.
• Presently working on all the related communication system with suitable Protocols i.e. Ethernet, Profibus communication at Management, Cell and Field level.
• Knowledge of various field Instruments LVDTs, control Valves, MOOG Valve, DP transmitter, (PID, Sequence) controller, (Limit, Pressure, Float) switches, (HMD, Loop Scanner, Proximity, Temperature, Pyrometer) sensor, Encoders For Speed Control, (frequency, Temp) converter, AGC System and various Smart field Instruments.
• Outstanding proficiency in computer installation and trouble shooting and commissioning including Hardware, Software and Networking.
• Excellent knowledge of Electrical instruments and best at troubleshooting.
• Maintainence of transformer (11MVA (950v), 5MVA (440v), 1.5 MVA (600 v), 3MVA (440 v)
• Knowledge Of 132 KVA sub station and Also know its process.
• Knowledge of window operating system (Window7, Window xp)
