Ensuring Cyber Security protection as a core deliverable. Protection of the network, data centers, servers, assets and data. Setup internal Security Operations Center enabling detection, prevention and incident response. Enabled the Human Firewall (security awareness) with security campaigns.
Taking Technical lead on the Security Portfolio. Products I look at are in the domain of : -
Data Leakage Prevention, Fraud Management, Incident Response, Critical Communications and Digital Forensic Investigations.
Setup a Lab Environment for Attack and Ransomeware Exploitation.
Activities Include :
- Product Presentation / demonstration, Support with technical qualification.
- Provide answers to (technical) questions in a Request for Information or a Request for Proposal
- Build and provide custom demo’s, Provide first-line technical support of software evaluations and/or pilot projects
- Create and Deliver a Proof Of Concept (POC), ensuring they are successful
- Support customer events and workshops
- Create the Implementation plan and monitor the approval process
- Provide any technical input needed for proposals
- Be able to position and present all Credence Security product offerings
- Compare Credence Security product offering with products from other vendors from a technical point of view
- Liaise with local and global vendor support teams to ensure accurate and timely resolution of technical issues that kay arise during the pre-sales process
- Work together with our Channel Manager / Product Manager to provide enablement to our Channel Partners.
Lead on the complete Security Portfolio at Oxygen of which some Vendor names include - TrustWave, Certes Networks, Zimperium (Mobile Defense), Red Seal, Plixer, Ziften and a few others.
Launching attacks for demonstration purposes and suggesting remediation, presenting the portfolio for each product and delivering a presentations to end customers are some of the key job roles in this position at Oxygen.
- Demonstrate companies Security portfolio as a presentation talking about the trending threats and how to secure, also suggesting the best practices products suitable for their environment.
- Training the Customer End Staff for the product deployed from ground up
- Talk them through the Security posture of the product depending on their Environment.
- Proactively scopes the technical solution required to address
customer requirements, assesses customers’ met and unmet
needs, and recommends solutions that optimize value for
both the customer and the firm.
- Secures from customer technical staff commitments needed
to ensure a deal’s “technical close.”
- Opportunistically pursues additional business development
opportunities within customer firms.
-Collaborate with sales to ensure these opportunities a re effectively covered and advanced.

Title: Technical Desktop Support
Roles and Responsibilities:
- Customer Service Activities: Provide strong customer service for internal IT teams as well as Business Partners. Work closely with the Server and Networking teams.
- Image Development Activities: Create, test and develop current Workstation images. Test, evaluate, and package software and applications for workstation distribution.
- Deployment Activities: Responsible for successful deployment and upgrades of workstations.
- Incident Management Activities: Serves as an escalation point for the Helpdesk and Desktop Support.
