Responsible for commercial and transactional matters. Also in charge of providing advisory to start-ups
in UAE.
Responsibilities include:
* Arbitrations regarding construction disputes at DIAC and ADCCAC and all related drafting.
* Drafting of legal notices, legal opinions on client’s specific queries, Power of Attorneys.
* Drafting Memorandum, Articles of Association and Side Agreements.
* Drafting of Lease Agreement and Memorandum of Understanding and corporate advisory for the Royal
Family of Dubai.
* Transactions regarding acquisition and disposal of shares as per UAE legislations.
* Drafting Letter of Intent, reviewing RFP, RFQ and Tender Documents.
* Tendering legal opinion regarding company incorporation in Dubai.
* Incorporation of BVI and advisory regarding doing business in UAE through BVI.
* Incorporation of LLC Companies.
* Advisory and setting up companies in Jafza.
* Advisory for setting up companies in oil and energy sector in Abu Dhabi Airport Free zone area.
* Day to day management of legal affairs of corporate houses including drafting of Board
Resolutions/Shareholder’s resolution.
* Drafting of various agreements e.g., Partnership Agreements and Asset Purchase Agreements, Joint
Venture Agreements, Share Purchase Agreements, Master Service Agreements, Distributorship
Agreements, Software Licensing Agreements, Commissions Agreements, Management Agreement,
Agreements for Consulting Services, Settlement Agreements, Employments Agreements, etc.
* Opinion on company restructuring.
Analysis of RFP’s issued by both Government and Private organizations.
* Analysis of RFQ’s issued by both Government and Private organizations.

* Analysis of NDA’s.
* Analysis of Power of Attorney, corporate contracts, and agreements.
