 Supported DC operations. Review inventory for supplier return/disposal, coordinate the quarantine and release of the materials, assist with product credit and/or replacement, and support in internal audits.
 Supported process improvements. Analyzed processes and systems used during the course of work to identify internal areas of improvement and communicated feedback to supervisors.
 Creating training materials and operating manuals, and training new associates.
 Data management, including certificate processing for private-labeled items, documentation of QA activities, creating audit reports, and maintenance of trackers.

 Edit author manuscripts (Science, Technical, and Medicine) to improve readability and conciseness.
