• Established and led Healthcare Department in Parkhouse Bell HR Consultancy - UK based HR Consultancy with international offices in London, Dubai, and Brisbane in Australia.
• Healthcare Consulting: Applied my medical knowledge to assess the qualifications, skill set and experience of candidates for medical positions, conducted competency interviews for doctors with highly specialized expertise levels.
• Business Development and Client Management: generated contracts with over 100 hospitals, clinics, and pharmaceutical companies in the UAE through business meetings, client referrals, telephone and email communication and networking. Maintained mature business accounts by establishing sold relationships with the clients.
• Liaising with UAE Health Authorities: thorough understanding of the regional healthcare laws, regulations, and licensing procedures.
• Assisted patients in accessing best treatment and care options in the UK, tailored to their needs.
• Provided multidimensional support to patients, including documents preparation, treatment estimation, treatment options, treatment access and remote care solutions.
• Studied medical history of patients, translated patient’s medical files from Russian to English whenever required, ensured that patient’s medical records were complete and accurate.

During my Master’s studies, I have written several intervention programs to address and improve the problem of Childhood Obesity, Physical Inactivity, Vitamin D Deficiency and Breast Cancer in the population of the UAE. I have been awarded with Certificate of Appreciation for presenting one of my public Health Intervention programs:“Mass Media Campaign as the Most Effective Public Health Intervention to Improve the Status of Vitamin D in the Population of the United Arab Emirates at “9th Abu Dhabi Annual Conference on Vitamin D Deficiency and Human Health” in 2022.
