Major Responsibilities :
•Welcome the visitors, clients and guests by greeting them in person and on the telephone and establishing strong relationship with them when they arrive in reception area.
•Handles incoming calls, relay messages and supply information to caller.
•Responsible for extracting ISD calls made from company telephone extension.
•Responsible for answering incoming calls.
•Schedules, reschedules and cancels appointments.
•Directing incoming calls to appropriate person or destinations.
•Responsible to collect and distribute messages and assist with mail distribution and dispatch of documents through courier.
•Assist in resolving clients/visitors issues and complaints.
•Answering calls and taking messages on multi line telephones.
•Responding to emails and office correspondence.
•In addition to the above activities also provides general office support with various clerical activities such as maintaining log book, data entry and fillings.
•Provide admistrative and general support to all members of the mamagement team.
