• Handling purchase and logistics, manage procurement policies, coordinating with finance department,
monitoring logistics from different suppliers
• Obtain quotations from suppliers and make negotiations, to participate and support ISO audit, adhere
company procurement policy, issuance of purchase order, update, maintain and submit material tracking
report.
• Identifying and evaluating potential suppliers of low current equipment, such as data cabling, security
systems, fire alarm systems, audio-visual equipment, and networking components.
• Ensuring that the low current equipment procured meets quality standards and is compliant with relevant
regulations and industry standards is vital. This includes working with suppliers to address quality issues
if they arise.
• Building and maintaining strong relationships with suppliers is crucial for ongoing procurement needs.
This includes periodic reviews of supplier performance and negotiating long-term agreements.
• Working closely with other departments, such as IT, facilities management, and security, to understand
their low current system requirements and procure the necessary equipment.
Note: While working as the procurement officer AB Tech company I was able to use all the knowledge that I
have gained from the previous organizations. This job role has given me a chance to coordinate with finance
department for which I got to get an idea how to manage procurement with the financial capability of the
business. Budgeting is another responsibility which helped me to develop my forecasting and analytical skill to
understand inventory, procurement and other matters related with this field more efficiently.

Responsible for purchasing division in Riyadh Metro - Viaduct project. Negotiate with the suppliers on lead time, cost and quality. Develop purchasing or souring strategies based on portfolio
analyses and supplier. Develop and implement the procurement strategies in order
to meet cost saving strategies. Oversee all inventory and equipment purchases, identifying
areas of potential savings.
