 Manage and Coordinate with the PRO for related responsibilities like visa, passport etc.
 Process payroll for employees in the organization and ensure a smooth flow and accuracy at all times (UAE, OMAN, SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR & BAHRAIN)
Prepare and issue disciplinary letters to the employees on violations after obtaining necessary approvals.
 Coordinating between other departments within the company.
 Conduct exit interviews and coordinate exit procedures for departing employees.
 Manage employee leaves as per the department vacation planner according to the labor laws (UAE, QATAR, KSA, OMAN & BAHRAIN).
 Coordinate and arrange or reimburse air tickets for the employees as per their eligibility and in compliance to company policies.
 Conduct employee contract renewals as per the set procedure and guideline.
