Managing hiring process, which includes coordinating job posts, reviewing resumes, performing reference checks and ensure recruitment process runs smoothly.
Informing job applicants of job duties, responsibilities, benefits, schedules, working conditions, promotion opportunities, etc.
Ensure to facilitate the required accessibilities to new joiners and existing employees in coordination with concern department.
Implement go through training and development plans to new and existing employees.
Develop and Implement HR policies throughout the organization, explaining the policies, procedures, laws, and standards to new and existing employees.
Maintain organizational charts, delegations of authority (DOA) and detailed job descriptions for all employees.
Plan periodic performance review sessions for employees followed by the appraisals, rewards and promotions.
Prepare & review compensation & benefits packages of employees periodically.
Maintain employment records related to hiring, transferring, promoting, EoS etc.
Administer employee health insurance programs & solve employee compliance.
Respond to employees’ queries and resolve issue in a timely and professional manner.
Ensure the compliance to all legal and governmental requirements
Manage and Coordinate with the PRO for related responsibilities like visa, passport etc.
Process payroll for employees in the organization and ensure a smooth flow and accuracy at all times (UAE, OMAN, SAUDI ARABIA, QATAR & BAHRAIN)
Prepare and issue disciplinary letters to the employees on violations after obtaining necessary approvals.
Coordinating between other departments within the company.
Conduct exit interviews and coordinate exit procedures for departing employees.
Manage employee leaves as per the department vacation planner according to the labor laws (UAE, QATAR, KSA, OMAN & BAHRAIN).
Coordinate and arrange or reimburse air tickets for the employees as per their eligibility and in compliance to company policies.
Conduct employee contract renewals as per the set procedure and guideline.
Monitor employee loans & dues and ensure the compliance as per the loan agreement.
Assist the staff with the requested letters like NOC, salary certificate & pay-slips.
• Oversee recruitment efforts for all Al-Hugayet Group employees, including job description development, sourcing, testing, interviewing, hiring and onboarding.
• Manage new employee orientations and employee relations counseling. Maintain the work structure by ensuring job descriptions and requirements are up-to-date, accurate and compliant with relevant laws for all positions.
• Implementation of effective induction strategies & ensuring fulfillment of joining formalities of the new employees. Also oversee & approve training programs.
• Lead the Performance Management process improvements to enhance the delivery of client services (Vendor Management).
• Develop, Revise & Maintain Company HR Policies & Procedure. Implement Strategic Organizational to increase productivity and employee satisfaction.
• Creation & maintenance of employee records (Database) and updating day to day recruitment process in HR Software.
• Preparation of monthly payroll, calculation of ESB (Compensations & Benefits).
• Handles personnel issues relating to staff conflicts, absenteeism, performance issues, Information & Queries etc.
• Prepare management reports for purposes including headcount, staffing, salary planning, etc. Manage PRO Activities on Employee Relation & Engagement.
• Conduct periodic audits of human resource activities to ensure compliance with policies and procedures. Attending weekly meeting with CEO on HR Reports.
* Comprehending the due requirements and successfully recruiting professionals in a time bound manner and submitting standard CV’s to the client Cairn India.
* Constructive Interactions with the technical panel to better understand client requirements.
* Short listing, co-ordination, scheduling & conducting interviews to get the best candidates in the required skills.
* Conducting telephonic or personal interviews with candidates and getting preliminary information regarding salaries, availability, notice period, experience & expected C.T.C.
* Preparing of offer letters, candidate reporting documents & employment contract for employees.
* Standardized joining formalities process of new employees (Welcome circular, Introduction, Employee Code, ID cards, Bank Account & Payments Time-sheet).
* Facilitating Employee interaction with different functional heads of the different departments.
* Handling of administrative activities including establishment of office for project Site, security, guest house & welfare activities for the employee’s facilities, Housekeeping & organizing events.
* Invoice Preparation, Daily Work Report Preparation & Filling (Time-sheet & DPR).
