▪ Incumbent will serve as a Personal Trainer coordinator who
will maintain and operate this portion of the fitness and sports
center
▪ Personal Trainer will act as program director for all fitness
programs promoting variety of vibrant fitness programs based
on customer feedback and survey results.
▪ Develop, document and implement one-on-one workout
programs that meets the needs and goals of clients.
▪ Incumbent will provide physical fitness assessments to fitness
center patrons.
▪ Maintain client files per Air Force and industry standards.
▪ Regularly inspect equipment and report any safety or
maintenance needs.
▪ Educate patrons and enforce policies regarding safe and
proper use of equipment and facilities.
▪ Familiarize clients with safe and effective use of all
cardiovascular, resistance, and free weight equipment.
▪ Manage all fitness equipment and assure that it is operational,
clean, and presents a professional fitness image.
▪ Conducts group exercise and aerobics classes.
▪ Assists the medical Group with developing fitness
improvement plan for active duty members not meeting the
minimum fitness standards.
▪ Conducts equipment orientation classes for fitness center
patrons.
▪ Trains staff members on how to use the fitness equipment.
Working closely with clients to develop personalized health and fitness plans for them. Responsible for providing advice on nutrition as well as encouraging clients, giving them feedback and keeping track of their development. Providing one to one guidance to clients to help them achieve their fitnes goals.Selecting the correct set of exercises for a client to achieve maximum results.Tracking a client's progress and accurately updating their record.Demonstrate exercises when requires.Conducting Fitness and exercise classes and demonstrating equipment.Contact with new members and promoting membership sales.
