* Processing monthly salaries
* Handling Accounts Receivables and Accounts Payables
* Bank reconciliation report on a daily basis
* Keeping the hard copies of all invoice documents for any future reference
* Generate Annual Maintenance invoice on a monthly basis asper AMC contract
* Arrange to deliver the invoices either by email or hand delivery or viacourier
* Customer account reconciliation
* Verify the purchase bills and ensure proper allocation of accounts is done.
* Generate accounts payable report as and when required and prepare vendor payments
* Arrange for cash payment for various other requirements like employee official travel
allowance money / other vendor payments as per the purchase departmentrequest
* Arrange for other bank transfer
* Inventory random checking in co ordination with stores
* Employee leave records verification and provide leave balances as per the application
received
* Employee loan record verification and provide loan / gratuity balance as and when a new
application is received
