Suspension overhaul and EAS works
Using IDS and SDD diagnosis engine and electrical systems
Handling a total team of ten technicians.
•Allocating service orders to technicians.
•Taking final road test & prior road test with customers whenever required.
•Handling warranty and taking approvals from warranty administrator.
•Updating service advisor of the work process by keeping the customers informed.
•Forwarding additional estimates from technicians to service advisor's & follow up.
•Achieving monthly targets for the team set by the company.
