1. Cluster Manager -Branded Retail

Activities Undertaken
• Managing a team of five company staff (3 CSM's, 2 merchandisers), 26 employees under the roles of the COCO showrooms.
• Overseeing the process of rollout and operationalising the branded franchisee showrooms under the brand True Value Shopee's (TVS) and True Value Hubs (TVH)
• Overseeing the process of rollout and operationalising the company showrooms under the brand TVS and TVH COCO (Company Owned Company Operated)
• Achieving a share of 25 % of the combined prepaid and postpaid cluster sales targets.
• Overseeing the operational parameters: Bill collection, Customer retention, showroom audit, customer complaint resolution and Customer melas.
• Organising tie ups with the predominant local brands to increase sales and brand equity.

Channel Sales Manager -Branded Retail
Activities Undertaken
• Rollout and operationalising the branded franchisee and COCO showrooms under the brand True Value Shopee's (TVS) and True Value Hubs (TVH)
• Achieving a share of 25 % of the combined prepaid and postpaid cluster sales targets.


3. Unit Manager -Calicut

• Recruiting a team of Insurance Advisors.
• Leading the team of advisors to achieve sales target.

4. Area Business Manager-Mumbai

Activities Undertaken
• Setting up the C&F and the distribution network.
• Recruiting and imparting initial training to the Medical Representatives.
• Supervising the Sales activities of 3 Medical Representatives in Mumbai and 1 Representative in Pune.
