1. Supervising Customer Service Department.

• Also to perform as a Control room operating officer (CCTV) to assure safe, efficient and reliable operation.
• Contributes to promoting a safety conscious attitude on the part of all employees and ensuring that safe work practices are followed and a safe and clean work environment is maintained.
• To efficiently communicate with all the assigned securities from outside to inside vicinity of the mall.
