1.5 Collect and record received calls with details and report them to Team leader and Database manader for data entry and data processing on a regular basis.

2 Project Data operating Support
2.1 Keep updated data records and support in analysis and reporting on regular basis; ensuring quality, consistency, accuracy, truthfulness, comprehensiveness of all collected data;
2.2 Support and update hotline network, resources and database;
2.3 To produce and submit weekly update reports on hotline database to Team leader, Project Manager and AMEU.
2.4 Provide with suggestions on improvement of the work process as needed.

3 Filing
3.1 To ensure that up-to-date files, beneficiary support records and other related documents are maintained, both electronically and in paper form;
3.2 To support accurate filing of all processed documents, monthly consolidated filing of key project documents in the office and for FLATS compliance.

If needed, upon request the Team Leader and Food Security PM and following appropriate training and orientation the CBOs Assessment Field Monitor will be also required to support the Mobile Team
