Planning Focus of the week and month for KSA operations based on business priorities and ensuring the same is implemented across 84 stores
• Launched 5 SOE (Store of Excellence) in KSA
• Rolled out Customer service journey mapping in 84 across KSA

• Introduced succession planning and manpower planning for Centrepoint KSA by identifying future Retail Operations Manager, Area Managers and Store Managers

Handled operations of 6 large format stores in Jeddah with an annual turnover of SR 450 Million with an area of approx. 300, 000 Sq.Ft
•Involved in:
-Launching Stores, Maximizing sales and profitability in the region by executing planning and sales functions
-Researching, developing and implementing efficiency saving processes and tools -Monitoring for growth of stores by ensuring increase in footfalls, Conversion, Units per Transaction (UPT) and Average Transaction Value(ATV)
• Handled sales, operations, HR, expansion and marketing as a profit centre head for 45 retail stores in Andhra Pradesh
• Responsible for developing and executing annual sales objectives of all retail stores in the state
• Reviewed sales on a weekly, monthly basis and make recommendations to correct deficiencies by identifying issues, opportunities and strategies (No store to be left behind)
• Identified profit opportunities and minimize losses in stores based on profit and loss statements
• Monitored expenses in stores - minimizing/avoiding unnecessary expenditures
• Identified new locations for retail stores based on sales potential

• Increased Spice retail stores turnover by 35 % from INR 650 Million to 1 Billion in 2 years
