-Launching Stores, Maximizing sales and profitability in the region by executing planning and sales functions
-Researching, developing and implementing efficiency saving processes and tools -Monitoring for growth of stores by ensuring increase in footfalls, Conversion, Units per Transaction (UPT) and Average Transaction Value(ATV)
• Handled sales, operations, HR, expansion and marketing as a profit centre head for 45 retail stores in Andhra Pradesh
• Responsible for developing and executing annual sales objectives of all retail stores in the state
• Reviewed sales on a weekly, monthly basis and make recommendations to correct deficiencies by identifying issues, opportunities and strategies (No store to be left behind)
• Identified profit opportunities and minimize losses in stores based on profit and loss statements
• Monitored expenses in stores - minimizing/avoiding unnecessary expenditures
