Actively involved in full project delivery including requirement elicitation, schedule/cost/scope
proposals, execution of project tasks, ensuring quality & project sign-off.
• Leading cross-functional and cross border teams of up to 20 engineers from Dev (mobile/Web),
QA and designers in an Agile environment.

• Involve in scrum meetings, code reviews and performance reviews for the teams.

RESTful API in Python.
Responsible for end-to-end project life cycle from requirement engineering, cost, scope &
schedule management, stakeholder management and overall product quality.
• Managed up to 20 full-stack engineering squads to implement internal projects. The outcome
was 6+ in-house projects that span over 5 departments within the organization.
• Worked closely with the product team to build the sprints agenda and deliverables.
• Successfully developed a fleet planning & tracking system for logistics, covering 22+ vehicles,
delivering daily 600+ orders to 800+ customers across 7 emirates of UAE. This results in
reducing 70% of planning time and increasing delivery accuracy to 95%.
• Managed a team to develop a complaint management system to handle complaints from 800+
active customers. It turned into 40% lesser complaints & 50% faster resolution.
• Successfully implemented staff scheduling system to monitor 120+ staff in 2 shifts. It brought
accuracy in payroll for the finance and better staff scheduling for the HR.
Technology used: Native mobile SDKs (iOS, Android), JSF for web frontends, Spring as an app
framework and Hibernate as ORM, RESTful API.
Assisted corporate IT for project scheduling that helped them to build 2 years project plans.

Managed a team of full-stack developers, designers and quality control departments to launch
