Started as Sales/Admin Executive and later promoted as Asst. Store Manager and then Store Manager (Promotional transfer) within a span of 2 years.
Responsibilities include, ensuring all the day to day activities in the store are done perfectly, also having to deal with both customers and staffs.
Meeting monthly targets and constantly on fleet, maintaining an organized and straightened store and also managing the retail reports & documents with Cash and Invoice handling.
Other responsibilities include Stock handling, business management, performance appraisal for staff, monthly roster management, inventory management, handling the accounts, motivate the staffs to reach the both individual and shop targets etc.
Coordinating all activities related to the Document Control procedure, including technical documents and commercial correspondence.
Timely and properly submission of applications and reports. Filing and keeping up of all the legal papers and documents of both customers and the company.
Other responsibilities include finding out the mistakes of the submitted applications and getting back to the applicant if it necessary and acting as a link between customers and other departments.
