Reporting to the On Duty Manager and accountable for providing an outstanding customer experience in line with
stringent organisation guidelines and requirements
* Drive an increase in ancillary revenue through the proactive identification and maximisation of opportunities and
collection of payments
* Facilitate and deliver a sales and reservations function including ticketing and organising complex itineraries
enabling all customers to purchase the full range of products and services
