Job Profile
• Preparation of Branch wise and consolidated Profit and Loss account on
monthly basis.
• Monthly payroll preparation.
• Planning funds for meeting daily requirements with FC.
• Conferring with receivables staff regarding unpaid invoices.
• Preparation of letter of credit and international payments.
• Preparation of costing reports for every shipment.
• Keeping bank status file and sales report on daily basis.
• Keeping fixed asset schedule and passing various provisions on monthly
basis.
• Conduct month-end and year end close process.
• Develop periodic reports for Management.
• Preparation of consignment party’s sales report and stock report.
• Monthly physical inventory checking of branches and submitting final
report.
• Preparation staff’s leave and final settlements.
• Reconciliation of bank accounts.
• Reconciliation of all books of accounts.
• Preparation of monthly cash flow statement.
• Preparation of various MIS reports as per the advice from management.
• Set up and maintaining relationship with bank authorities and auditors,
as required.
• Preparing all the statements and schedules needed for auditing.
