I was responsible for:

Handle and screen incoming calls relating to real estate deals & Support real estate administrator in handling sales, leasing and rental activities.

Manage and monitor lease administration from both the sides of landlord and tenant & Track and monitor payments and obligations & Coordinate with real estate attorneys in handling legal issues & Maintain and manage client database with details of deals, contracts and payments.

Organize and schedule meetings and appointments & Assist in the preparation of regularly scheduled reports & Maintain contact lists, Computer and manual filing system & Reply to email, telephone or face to face enquiries.

Supervising Debt collection staff; organizing and monitoring work process & Produce Statement Of Account and VAT invoices & Collect information needed by the superiors & Handle multiple projects, Provide general support to visitors, Order office supplies.

Maintain and organize real estate documents, agreements and lease records & Produce and distribute correspondence memos, letters, faxes and forms & Develop and maintain a filing system & Using office equipment, including computers, fax machine and photocopiers & Kept record of file and support documents.

Copy, Scan and Store Documents & File documents in Physical and Digital records & Check for accuracy and edit files, like contracts.

Scrupulously evaluated and validated all documents to enable document control and Ensured adherence to established operating procedures during documents submission.

Facilitated submission of all documents to respective departments through regular audits on corporate documents & Implemented submission of all documents within time and quality parameters and Retrieve files as requested by employees and clients.

Create templates for future use and Coordinate all activities related to the Document Control Procedure, Including technical documents, drawings and commercial correspondence.

Manage the flow of documentation within the organization & Maintain confidentiality around sensitive information and terms of agreement.
