• Planning & allocating manpower, equipment & material and controlling inventory; managing procurement, inviting quotations and stacking/storing raw materials to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Ensure adherence to end user requirements such as (final inspection, as built, snags, attic stock, O&M as per client requirement, warranties); keeping track of actual work against plan, identifying schedule slippage/unsatisfactory performance and exercising rigorous quality control
• Advising clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout & utilization of finishing and equipment, color schemes and colour coordination; ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms

• Led a team of 15 professionals; ensuring suitable deployment & timely availability of manpower (Designers & Engineers)
• Established facilities including feasibility analysis, necessary board approvals and approvals of govt. authorities
• Planned and implemented several projects and provided managerial inputs across wide range of activities to ensure cost effective work execution
• Administered overall operations for executing projects from initial planning, coordination with Architect & Consultant for scrutinizing, drawings & specifications for civil works to timely execution & handing over of projects
