• Liaising with the clients to understand their requirements; determining architectural preferences of client, as client representative & purpose for environment, budget, types of construction, and other factors
• Working on concept & schematic presentations; coordinating with the team for preparation of working drawings, fit-outs, layout plans, as built drawings, MEP drawings and 3D presentations; ensuring delivery of design in-line with client’s requirements and ‘0” error drawing policy

• Monitoring selection of fabrication, installation & arrangement of (fixtures, accessories, draperies, paint and wall coverings, art work, furniture, kitchens and carpeting) and related items
• Planning & allocating manpower, equipment & material and controlling inventory; managing procurement, inviting quotations and stacking/storing raw materials to ensure uninterrupted supply
• Ensure adherence to end user requirements such as (final inspection, as built, snags, attic stock, O&M as per client requirement, warranties); keeping track of actual work against plan, identifying schedule slippage/unsatisfactory performance and exercising rigorous quality control
• Advising clients on interior design factors, such as space planning, layout & utilization of finishing and equipment, color schemes and colour coordination; ensuring client satisfaction by achieving delivery & service quality norms
• Led a team of 15 professionals; ensuring suitable deployment & timely availability of manpower (Designers & Engineers)
• Established facilities including feasibility analysis, necessary board approvals and approvals of govt. authorities
• Planned and implemented several projects and provided managerial inputs across wide range of activities to ensure cost effective work execution
• Administered overall operations for executing projects from initial planning, coordination with Architect & Consultant for scrutinizing, drawings & specifications for civil works to timely execution & handing over of projects
• Streamlined project objectives and planned with scope of work, budgeting, scheduling, setting performance requirements, and selected the project participants; developed designs & cost estimations to control project cost and conducted a cost-benefit analysis to ascertain technical and commercial viability
• Created quality control environment to ensure stakeholder satisfaction; supervised steady execution of field construction, job quality control, and field supervision under the set safety guidelines
• Facilitated in guidance to the engineers & designers for project design scope of work & conceptual design to meet on project schedule
