Description: Perform project schedule based on the contract. prepare feasibility study to estimate materials, time, labor cost. Making Preparation, negotiating and analyzing cost for tenders and contract. Coordination with the project site to ensure the project schedule and budget are properly managing. The following are the duties, responsibilities and experience I gained for being a planning and quantity engineer.

1. Prepare tender and contract documents. Including bill of quantity.
2. Assist in establishing client requirements and undertake feasibility study of material cost, time and labor cost.
3. Perform cost analysis for the project.
4. Perform risk, value management, and cost control.
5. Prepare and update project schedule based on the agreed contract.
6. Set work program and target schedule for every phasing of the project plan.
7. Monitor the project activities based on the project schedule.
8. Monitor day to day work progress and prepare work look ahead schedule.
9. Valued completed work and prepare billing payments
10. Prepare work program, cash flow, and manpower distribution based point.
11. Provide progress and cost reports.

: Perform technical, organizational, and supervisory role in the Construction Site. Setting out the construction of Land development work such Road construction, drainage system, underground utilities and Water supply. Review design and plan implementation of building construction such as Structural, architectural, plumbing sanitary, and MEPF works.
The following are the duties, responsibilities and experience I gained for being a site engineer.

1. Experience on Construction of road including surveying, soil preparation, compaction works, rebar works, formworks, concreting of road and testing.
2. Construction of Drainage system and Cold water supply such as lay-out of drainage elevation, installation of Pipe, construction of manhole, tapping of drainage to the nearest outfall sewer, tapping of water supply to the domestic water tank and water distribution.
3. Checking of plan drawing in accordance to the project scope standards, specification, quality standards, contracts and actual condition of construction site
4. Implementation of construction design plan including the setting-out of elevation, excavation scheme, soil preparation, rebar works, formworks, concreting works, finishing works and Quality control.
5. Project planning that correspond to the contract, scope of work, project duration, manpower deployment and equipment support.
6. Coordination with the designer, supplier and operation department regarding on the conflict of plan, specification, and contractor’s queries.
7. Day to day management of the site, including supervising and monitoring of contractor’s work force, work progress, material supply, safety and quality of work.
8. Site inspection and monitoring of Structural, Architectural. Plumbing sanitary, and MEPF works.
9. Quality Control in accordance on the set standard, design plan, procedure method statement, health and safety matters on site including testing of contractor’s work.
10. Decision making and resolving technical issues on the construction site.
11. Documentation, material request, billing, monitoring of deliveries and supply material and monthly accomplishment report.
12. Estimation of rebar, concreting, formworks, piping, steel works and all the materials include on the construction.
13. Surveying, setting of elevation and lay-out of underground utilities.
14. Experienced in bored pile foundation, cast in place structure, pre-cast structure, steel type construction and mid-range to high range construction.

Prepare the structural analysis, design criteria, and loading computation.

Duties and Responsibility:

1. Prepare the structural framing system of the building, material specs, and dimension for the approval of Sr. Structural engineer.
2. Provide the structural design criteria based on the structural code and structural modeling of the building.
3. Calculations of applicable loads applied to the structure with the aid of Microsoft excel.
4. Analysis and design of the building with the aid structural engineering software (STAAD PRO V8i)
5. Presentation of structural design output to the senior structural design engineer for comments and approval.
6. Drafting and detailing of the structural plan using AUTOCAD.

Description: Provide the structural design details of the building such as Foundation plan, Beam detail, Column Detail, rebar lay-out, design standard, steel detail and etc.
The following are the duties, responsibilities and experience.


•Draft technical detail as well as specify dimensions, materials, procedures, drawings, sketches, specification calculation using AutoCAD as directed by the design team members.
•Incorporate drafting design standards.
•Review checks data supplied by others to verify that the data fits within project design intent.
•Assist with project file structure maintenance.
•Visit project sites to gather information necessary to complete drawings.
