• Ensure proper defining of margins, overhead charges and retail variances by brand in compliance with franchise agreements
• Process and validate inventory transactions, ensure as well to receive the supplier credit notes on a timely manner after reviewing and confirming the available data
• Make sure all transactions are processed and validated prior to cycle count date as well as download and submit data related to local inventory count to and analyse the results
• Manage and update devolutions, donations, destructions and merchandise returning's to supplier

• Provide Brand/Shop managers with reports upon their requests

• Control all inventory transactions (Adjustments, variances, assemblies) allow the posting into the system to ensure proper allocation and accuracy of the inventory
• Control the damaged goods report, assist and follow up the depletion procedure in order to ensure the completeness and existence of the inventory transactions
• Prepare purchasing report for operational purpose showing the comparative initial purchase price and related additional costs by supplier in order for the report users to base their analysis
• Prepare the aging report and follow up on slow moving items to book the necessary provision
• Manage the opening of new item classes, and related vendors to ensure the proper allocation in the accounting books.
• Manage periodical stock count in coordination with the commercial departments, and ensure clean inventory locations (on the system) in order to ensure completeness and existence of inventory operations and follow up on discrepancies
• Manage year end stock count to ensure the completeness, existence and cut-off of the inventory at each year end and follow up on discrepancies
• Control and manage the inventory costing of goods to ensure the accuracy, valuation and allocation

• Manage the local inventory system by processing change of prices and change of season transactions into JDE, as well as exporting the related to the Point of Sale (POS) in the shops
• Follow up on imported purchase orders and processes, ensure continuous system update with stock level and note discrepancies upon receipt of shipments
• Update uniform delivery to store employees and confirm/ validate sales figures in inventory data, as well as transfers between stores.
