Working with Zubair Furnishing as a Sin. Project manager on there Project in India... Construction of the new City View Hotel Project in Bangalore India.. Scope of work including Dry wall and false ceiling construction, marble and granite wall & floor tiles, all internal fit out of the hotel bed room floors....
Later due to client cash flow problems transferred to Salalah Airport project in Oman to over see the finishing of there scope of works on this project including False ceilings, marble floor & wall tiles, external cladding and paving, painting, and fitting of doors and frames, panty fit out and all bathroom fit outs on the project...

In my position I have direct talks with my senor management and with the client on all project to make sure we provide the best service to them so there facility runs smoothly.

Our scope of work was the Dry wall and false ceiling installation on the entire project along with the fire stopping of the project... A 220 bed hotel with all internal walls constructed as dry walls... We had a total of 180 workers at our peek and 12 staff... Also awarded some of the joinery contract for the Bars and public areas of the hotel.....

I worked for Bennett's as Finishing Foreman on the Ballymun hotel site bringing to handover the 120 bed hotel, 156 one and two bed apartments and 8 shop units. The project cost was €60 million. My job involved working with all sub contractors and direct labour on site, contacting of suppliers, attending site meetings, ordering materials, inductions, tool box talks, labour day worksheets and snagging of hotel and apartments for hand over to clients.
I was then transferred to Bennett's Island bridge site. This comprised of 66 housing units consisting of one and two bed apartments for the elderly. The client was Dublin City Council and the project cost was €20 million. My duties where to bring to a finish all units working alongside the client clerk of works to resolve any site issues that arose. My other duties where attending site meetings, supervising all sub contractors and direct labour, progress reports, ordering of materials and plant, snagging and site cleanup at finish of project.

My job involved working with all direct labour and sub contractors, labour day worksheets, contacting of suppliers, organising delivery of materials to site, site safety inductions and tool box talks.

My duties were to meet with the Laboratory Safety Coordinator every morning to sort out the work schedule for the day, along with coordinating all sub contractors and direct staff, labour day worksheets, attend daily safety site meetings and weekly site meetings, site inductions and tool box talks.
