Part of the Holding company within the El Seif Group, I was part of the core team driving the Organisational Effectiveness transformation to enhance the internal structure of the company, benchmarking with market conditions and offerings. Marketing and Communication in this transitional has been key to ensure internal stakeholders were being communicated to transparently and effectively while maintaining the brand’s image externally. I was in charge of managing all internal and external stakeholder engagements, communications and partnerships.
I proactively updated the website, introduced an employee newsletter, developed the HSE induction programme and prepared a crisis management plan. I have also introduced a mentorship program beginning with myself in training Saudi employees on transferring knowledge and building their competencies and skills.
Member of the Marketing and Communications Department weekly commuting to and from Basrah, Iraq and Dubai, UAE. My primary accountability was to deliver successful marketing and communication activities and objectives in a challenging setting stemmed from both the risky working environment and the drop in oil prices. To be an effective and responsible neighbour, community development programmes by BGC involves training community members, contributing to the energy supply of the country and supporting development programmes that improve the safe operations of its assets.
Setting up the annual plan comprised of formulating the department’s annual budget, identifying the action plan with timeline and put a system in place for milestone reviews to keep track of the performance throughout the year.
Some responsibilities in content development include writing articles for internal and external communication, draft speeches and finalize presentations for the MD, assist in developing the crisis management plan and maintaining the corporate message book.

Account Executive in GMASCO handling Dubai Festival City Mall, Al Badia Residences and Intercontinental Hotel Group as some of the main accounts.

Handled a booth in the Consulate section processing applications; translated reports from Arabic into English and Armenian; assisted the Ambassador in promoting relations between Armenia and the Gulf and facilitated Armenian companies to invest in the U.A.E.
Wrote the constitution for the Model United Nations to host high schools and to compete in the Harvard MUN program. Initiated JESSUP moot court team to compete in Washington DC for three years in a row.
