•Assist in the continuous implementation of company standards, policies and regulations. •Monitor and record attendance payroll data. •Investigate causes of staff lateness and absences. •Track and resolve payroll errors. •Managing vacation requests by allowing employees some degree of flexibility to take vacations, while ensuring adequate coverage in the workplace. •Ensuring fair scheduling - shift work, night work, hours of work and breaks, in addition to the fair rotating roster. •Conduct orientations and inductions for new hires and termination-exit interviews for resigners. •Keep top management appropriately informed of significant problems. •Support the recruiting process, placing ads, filtering applicants, attending job fairs and interviewing if needed. •Send daily and weekly reports to the CEO, general manager, head of each department, Global HR manager and regional HR manager regarding the attendance and productivity of the employees.
