Responsibilities:

Cost Management Responsibility, Preparation & control of the Payment certificates for the client and sub-contractors as well suppliers (BMC for Waterproofing, Al Tawi For Concrete, Safco for the soil tests…), coordination between design, Procurement (Budget Vs Quotation) & materials as well planned schedule & site progress.
Furthermore, Preparation of the contracts for the landscape & finishing Manpower respecting the time frames as well as to fit the Ace Consultant’s constraints.

Position: Project Management of Concrete, finishing & Electro- Mechanical works
(For Building Projects in Lebanon)

Projects & Responsibilities :

 Quantity Surveying and planning of the finishing & Electro-Mechanical works using P6 as well as the surveying and execution of the Swimming pool with Aquarius For Damour Country Club’s Villa .
 Project Management and preparation of the schedule using P6 then obtaining approval from the planning department of the Developer and updating the schedule during the execution including the comparison of the updated schedule to the baseline for the huge project of 14 buildings 6 floors each one with Badawi group Developer in Rabweh .
 Execution of the concrete works Including the preparation of the Planning ( Shedule, Budget, Productivity, Cash Flow & earned value) using P6 and shop drawings after cross-checking the design drawings using E-tabs structure Program then organizing the Manpower and submitting the Payment Certificates at the completion of each floor applying the Fidic as conditions of contract for the quality, safety & financial issues and reporting to my office Management the different progress of works at the daily, weekly and monthly frequency for the Palm Tower Project : 20 floors building with 3 basements with the Bank of Africa and Middle East at the Ground Floor - Achour Development.
 Procurement for the different Construction materials with the collection of the different offers from the suppliers and sub-contractors For the Kitchens and wood doors then aluminum and block works as well as elevators .
 Coordination the Design works with Darwish haddad and PPB for post-tension and hollow core as well as the Hiring of the crane and arranging the mobilization of the Rmeil project 12 floors building with 2 Basements - Joueidy developement.


 Cost Estimation and quantity surveying including the preparation of the BOQ using Autocad, Revit structure and architecture and Pdf, then preparing the estimative schedule using Primavera 6 and MS Project for the different projects ( Concrete, Finishing and Electro-mechanical works) : Hazmieh Village, Platinum Project hazmieh, Vision Commercial Building in Hamra and The One Biel Club, BBAC Bank in Beirut, NESTLE Head Office in Sin el Fil and Solidere clothes shop in Down Town of Beirut...

Position: Project Planning Engineer

Projects (Primavera 3.1):
1- Bab Idriss Square, Infrastructure, Hard Landscaping & Asphalt works, 2600 m2 Area, Dar el Handassah Consultant.
2- Electrical Substation, Normandy, Concrete & Electrical works, Dar El Handassah Consultant.
3- Santieh Garden, Concrete, Steel Structure & Landscaping works, Rafik el Khoury & Partners Consultant.

 Contract administration, control of the bill of quantities, prices, preparation of geotechnical report (American standard Aashto).
 Dealing with subcontractors and official institutions as Main Contractor
 Quantity Survey and surveying work (total station, level instrument...), schedule (Primavera) and progress of works.
 Workers organization - foremen, gang leaders, steel fixers, carpenters and labors.
 Control on reinforced concrete quantity, price and quality and site supervision
 Follow up drawings and designs & inspection with consultant
 Supervision of the finishing works from tiles, paint to the furniture.
 Asphalt work - Sub base, base course and wearing course
 Petty cash site money & daily report.
 Final handing over of the work.
