· Enhance delivery cycle by collecting adequate business requirements and elaborating functional requirement and Writing requirement specification document for the main Credit Bureau system and other Digital Channel products, website, Apps, CRM and ERP.
· Revise proposed solution, design document, Effort estimations and assess impact on interacted systems.

• Secure Windows servers environment in line with policies and procedures by applying group policies.
• Assist in achieving business continuity plan by migrating services to DR site.
• Produce documentations, SOPs and services diagram using Microsoft Visio.
• Instrumental in launch of first Acer Care Service Centre in Lebanon (Hardware repair).
• Successfully transitioned from ISO 9002 to ISO 9001:2000 quality system.
• Manage the Technical Department with 5 personnel in the department.
• Responsible for ACER computer parts (Inventory, DPR, Shipping, ordering and stocking).
