Also I was involved in implementation of the planning system (procedures, WBS, EPS, etc.)

All schedules for the sub-projects are connected in one integrated schedule having logical connections between sub-projects.
The report is be-weekly and I have to monitories the progress of every sub-contractor, to announce management about any deviation from the target schedule, to analyze critical path and find the correction for deviation.
For an easy understanding of the project evolution I am building S-curves, histograms, productivities tables and other spreadsheets for management team.

Project: Onshore construction for drilling platforms erected by McDermott Company for BP.
I was responsible for drilling system which was erected from modules (containers containing various equipment: E & I, mechanical, piping, etc.) around the rig. The rig is a mobile one and it is able to drill multiple holes from the same location of the platform.
The modules ware fabricated in Holland, to Marcon comp and I was working for a period in Macron’s yard to supervise if the fabrication is following the schedule and the delivery will be in time.

TASKS: To build a detailed schedule with correct logic and good level of resources and develop a progress reporting system (S-curve, Histograms, Productivity tables, Dashboard, etc.).
To compare actual and planned progress, to see if targets are achieved and to find the corrective action to mitigate the delay.
